Each month you will receive your own unique meal plan, created for YOU and your goals. All likes/dislikes, allergies, and dietary preferences taken into consideration to ensure that you actually ENJOY what you're eating!
Macros and calories are included and may vary slightly from day to day to allow for a variety within your meals.

When I first started my fitness journey I was in search of a healthy lifestyle that made me feel good from the inside out, and confident in my own skin! I was quite small and petite and wanted to learn how to transform my body and build muscle! Sadly the information available to females in the fitness industry at the time was more geared towards cardio, bodyweight style workouts, lifting tiny weights, and tons of fad dieting approaches! I was confused, intimidated and had no idea where to start!
Years later, I wanted to lose weight. I tried multiple dieting approaches that were restrictive and extreme, because that’s what I thought it took! Endless cardio, low carbs, minimal fats and essentially eating as little as possible. Initially I lost the weight I wanted but was unable to maintain the results because of the unrealistic restrictions and endless cardio. Eventually, my body said enough is enough and I went down a deep dark hole of hormonal imbalances because of my excessive lifestyle.
This is why I created CONFIDENCE by Randi.
